About Ferdinand Gul (Editor) and Judy Tsui (Editor)
Ferdinand Gul is Head and Chair Professor, Department of Accountancy and Acting Director of the Accounting and Corporate Governance Centre at the City University of Hong Kong. He has published over 60refereed papers and is the author of a number of books. He lectures widely and has provided consulting services on corporate governance in various East Asian countries. Judy Tsui is currently Dean of Faculty of Business, Director of the Graduate School of Business and Chair Professor of Accounting at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She has published widely in corporate governance and provided consulting services on corporate governance to the Hong Kong Government.
