BRADDOCK, Managing Director of the Structured Products Group at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc., in New York City, creates public and privately offered derivative financial products and investment strategies for retail and institutional clients worldwide. Prior to joining Oppenheimer, he was first vice president of the Structured Products Group at PaineWebber Incorporated in New York City and co--founder of the Capital Markets Group at the American Stock Exchange. He is a contributing author to The Handbook of Equity Derivatives (1994), and adjunct professor of financial engineering at Polytechnic University in New York City.
