PEDLER has experience of the Brussels scene first as Managing Director Mars Belgium s.a., a Belgian subsidiary of a multinational company. Later in his career he was actively concerned with lobbying the European Union as Director of External Affairs for Mars Incorporated. Since 1991 he has been teaching and researching at Templeton College, Oxford.
